How Bitrix24 Helps Waste Management, Recycling and Environmental Services Companies Manage Contract Accounts, Collection Schedules and Compliance Records in One Platform

A waste management or recycling company is really three businesses running at once. One sells: chasing municipal tenders, facility-management subcontracts and commercial bin accounts that take months to close. One operates: hundreds of scheduled lifts a week, skip drops and collections, tipping runs, weighbridge tickets and drivers who are never at a desk. One administers: trade licences, transporter permits, waste transfer records, HSE files and monthly invoicing across dozens of sites per client.
Most operators in the UAE and wider region hold these together with a shared inbox, a WhatsApp group per area, a scheduling spreadsheet and an accounting package that knows nothing about the field. The cracks show in familiar places: a renewal date nobody diarised, a missed lift that becomes a credit note, a driver who did the job but never filed the paperwork the client's auditor later asks for. Bitrix24 is worth a look here because it puts the sales pipeline, the operational schedule, the client conversations and the document trail in one workspace rather than four.
Tenders and contract accounts in a pipeline that remembers renewal dates
Bitrix24 CRM covers leads, deals, contacts, pipelines, estimates, invoices and online payments, with access permissions and roles to control who sees what. For this sector the useful part is running more than one pipeline: a tender pipeline with the long, document-heavy stages (site survey, volumes and waste streams, pricing, bid submission, clarifications, award) and a separate contract pipeline for live accounts. Bitrix24 supports sales tunnels that connect pipelines, so a won tender can transfer automatically into the delivery pipeline rather than being retyped. Recurring deals, available from the Basic plan upward, fit annual and multi-year service agreements where the same contract has to be revisited on a schedule.
Automating the admin that quietly costs money
Bitrix24's automation rules fire when a deal changes stage — creating a task, sending an email or SMS, or notifying a named person — and triggers move deals between stages when something happens, such as a client opening a quotation email. Its Proactive CRM mode prompts staff about scheduled, urgent and unfinished activities instead of relying on someone to remember. Beyond sales, Bitrix24 offers robotic process automation for approvals and requests (leave, purchase and expense requests among them) and Smart Process Automation, which lets you create custom records to match how your company actually works. That last point matters here: a waste transfer note, a permit renewal or a bin-stock movement is not a "deal", and SPA lets it live as its own tracked entity with its own automation.

Collection schedules and crew work that everyone can see
Bitrix24 Tasks & Projects lets the same work be viewed as a Kanban board, a Gantt chart or a plain list, and every project comes with its own chat, calendar, file storage, knowledge base and video meeting tool. For a collections operation that means a project per contract or per zone, with the week's lifts on a board, mobilisation of a new site on a Gantt chart, and the supervisor's checklist attached to the task rather than living in someone's notebook. Access permissions decide who can assign, view and edit, and external users can be invited into a specific project — useful when a facility-management client or a landfill contractor needs visibility of one site without seeing the rest of your business.

One inbox for bin requests, wherever they arrive
Extra collections, missed-lift complaints and skip bookings arrive by whatever channel the client prefers. Bitrix24's Contact Center brings WhatsApp and Telegram (via official integrations), Instagram Direct, live chat, a website widget, CRM web forms, connected email inboxes and telephony into a single dashboard, and an incoming message, call or form submission can create a lead or deal automatically or attach itself to the existing one. Telephony adds call recording, routing, queuing and transcription. Email is generous on the plans that include it — up to ten inboxes per user, with email marketing up to 250,000 emails a month — and each inbox can carry its own access permissions, which is how you keep an operations mailbox and a commercial mailbox apart.
Documents, e-signature and the audit trail
Service agreements, annexes and rate revisions are the sector's paperwork bottleneck. Bitrix24 includes document handling, estimates and invoices in CRM, and e-signature is part of the Standard plan and above, so a renewal can be sent, signed and stored against the client record rather than travelling through a personal email account. Because project drives and the CRM record are in the same system, the permit, the signed contract and the correspondence that produced it sit in one place when an auditor or a client's HSE team asks.
CoPilot: the AI that does the note-taking
Bitrix24's built-in AI assistant, CoPilot, transcribes calls into readable text, can auto-complete CRM fields such as name, phone and company from that transcription, and drafts marketing and email copy. For a small commercial team fielding dozens of site calls a day, the value is less about writing and more about capture: the call gets logged and the record gets filled in without anyone typing it up afterwards. Bitrix24 also now exposes an MCP server option, which lets approved external AI tools read data and carry out permitted actions inside the workspace.
What it costs
Bitrix24 prices per organisation rather than per seat — its pricing page describes the model as a “100% flat fee: predictable costs, no per-user pricing”. On annual billing at the time of writing, the Free plan covers one to two users with 5 GB of storage and basic CRM and tasks; Basic is US$49 a month for five users with 24 GB, sales pipelines, recurring deals, online payments and WhatsApp and telephony integrations; Standard is US$99 a month for 50 users with 100 GB, unlimited leads, invoices and estimates, e-signature and unlimited projects; Professional is US$199 a month for 100 users with 1 TB, sales and task automation, RPA, HR tools, employee hours tracking and analytics; Enterprise starts at US$399 a month for 250 users. For a mid-sized waste operator with a large field headcount, flat-rate pricing is usually the deciding factor, since adding drivers and supervisors does not change the bill. Bitrix24 states that more than 15 million organisations use the platform; independently, Capterra rates it 4.2 out of 5 from 1,005 reviews, with ease of use and customer service both at 4.0 — a fair signal that the platform is broad but takes setting up.
Where a partner comes in
That breadth is exactly why these projects go wrong unassisted. A generic CRM install gives you a sales funnel and little else; what a collections business needs is its zones, waste streams, contract accounts, lift schedules and permit renewals modelled properly, the right automation rules on the right stages, WhatsApp and phone landing in one queue, and permissions that separate operations from commercial. B24 Biz Solutions is an official Bitrix24 partner based in Dubai, working with clients across the UAE, the wider Middle East and South Asia, and that configuration work — plus training the people who will actually use it — is what we do. If you run waste collection, recycling, skip hire or environmental services and your schedule lives in a spreadsheet, it is worth an hour of conversation.
