How Bitrix24 Helps Moving, Relocation and Storage Companies Manage Surveys, Move Days and Stored Goods in One Platform
Estimates created in one click from a deal in Bitrix24 · © Bitrix24
A moving company loses money in the gap between the survey and the move. Someone walks a villa in Al Barsha on Tuesday, scribbles a room count and a rough volume in a notebook, quotes a number over WhatsApp on Wednesday, and by the time the truck arrives on Saturday nobody can find the quote, nobody knows whether the client agreed to the packing materials, and the crew supervisor is working from a photo of a page. Then half the shipment goes into storage and the storage billing starts living in a spreadsheet that one person owns.
None of that is a moving problem. It is a record-keeping problem, and it is the kind of problem a CRM is built for — provided the CRM can also hold an estimate, a signature, a stock count and a recurring invoice. This piece looks at what Bitrix24 actually offers moving, relocation and storage companies, with every capability taken from Bitrix24’s own product pages, and a section at the end on what it does not do.
Keep the survey and the move as separate stages of one record
Bitrix24 CRM runs on leads, deals and pipelines, and a deal can carry custom stages that match your own process rather than a generic sales funnel. For a mover that means one pipeline reading something like enquiry, survey booked, surveyed, quoted, confirmed, packing, move day, delivered, into storage — so a job that is waiting on a survey never sits in the same bucket as a job waiting on a signature.
Bitrix24 also has a Booking tool, which Bitrix24 describes as suited to any business that relies on appointments. Bookings can be made through self-booking forms, every booking can be turned into a lead or deal, and Bitrix24 states that booking reminders can be sent automatically by SMS and WhatsApp, with custom message text and configurable timing. For a survey slot — the appointment most likely to be forgotten by a client who is already mid-move — that reminder is the difference between a wasted trip and a full diary. Bitrix24 also lists overbooking and a waiting list, useful when survey slots are the constraint in peak season.
The estimate should build itself out of the deal
Estimates in Bitrix24 are a first-class CRM object, not an attachment. Bitrix24 says estimates can be created in one click and linked to a deal or lead, that creating one from a deal automatically fills in details such as the client name, products and deal amount, and that the interaction history including estimates is saved to the client record automatically. Estimates have a Kanban view and support templates.
That matters for movers because the estimate is the sale. Packing materials, crew hours, a hoist, storage for six weeks, insurance — these are line items, and Bitrix24 holds them in a product catalog where, as Bitrix24 notes, you can add custom fields specific to your business such as dimensions and weight, and where services exist as a separate entity from physical products. A packing crate is a product; a two-man crew hour is a service; both sit in the same catalogue and both land on the same estimate.
Bitrix24 also supports rules and triggers that can send an estimate automatically once a client submits a form on your website — worth setting up for the standard studio-flat move where a fixed price needs no survey at all.
Sign the job on the doorstep, not back at the office
Bitrix24 Sign handles e-signature inside the CRM. Bitrix24 states that documents can be sent for signing via a link by email, SMS or WhatsApp, that the recipient does not need a Bitrix24 account, that fields can be autopopulated from the related deal, that templates can be saved, and that it is UETA and ESIGN compliant. Bitrix24 also lists a built-in e-signature tool in the mobile CRM app.
For a mover the useful consequence is that the acceptance of the quote, the inventory condition report and the storage agreement can all be signed from a phone at the client’s door, and every signed document stays attached to the job record instead of a WhatsApp thread on a foreman’s personal number.

Move day belongs on a phone
Bitrix24’s mobile CRM is not a viewer. Bitrix24 says crews and reps can work deals and custom stages from a smartphone, generate an invoice from a deal in one tap and send it by email or SMS, take and record calls against the correct lead, and scan barcodes to make inventory adjustments on the go. Calendar events can be created from a deal, and calls can be recorded and attached to the job.
That covers the realistic move-day sequence: the supervisor opens the job on site, moves it to the next stage, gets the condition report signed, scans crates into the warehouse, and raises the balance invoice before leaving — with none of it waiting for someone to retype it on Monday.
Stored goods are inventory, and Bitrix24 counts inventory
This is where most movers quietly lose margin, and it is the section worth reading twice. Bitrix24 includes inventory management that tracks stock across multiple warehouses, with what Bitrix24 describes as traceability from supplier to customer and real-time status updates. It supports stock receipts, sales orders, transfers between warehouses, write-offs and audits, and it reports on stock balance, gross profit and gross margin. Access permissions can be set per employee, deciding who may create products, apply discounts, edit stock receipts or change prices.

Read that as a storage facility rather than a shop and it lines up well. Each depot is a warehouse. Crates and containers are catalogue items carrying dimensions and weight as custom fields. Goods coming in are a receipt, goods moving between depots are a transfer, goods released to the client are an outbound document, and the periodic physical count is an audit. Packing materials — cartons, bubble wrap, tape, wardrobe boxes — are ordinary consumable stock in the same system, so the van that leaves with forty cartons is debited forty cartons.
Storage is a recurring bill, not a one-off
Bitrix24 creates invoices from a CRM deal with templates and custom fields, and Bitrix24 explicitly describes automated, rule-based invoicing — the system can send an invoice when a deal reaches a given pipeline stage. Invoices are linked back to the deal, and Bitrix24 notes an integration with Storecove for e-invoicing. Payment links can be generated from a deal and sent by email, SMS or messenger, the client pays by card, PayPal, Apple Pay and other methods, the client receives proof of payment, and reps can track payment status in real time.
A storage account is therefore a long-running deal whose monthly charge is triggered by a rule rather than remembered by a person, with a payment link attached to every invoice. That single change — moving storage billing out of a spreadsheet and into a rule — is usually the fastest money a moving company recovers from a CRM project.
One inbox for the channels clients actually use
Moving enquiries arrive from everywhere and almost never twice from the same place. Bitrix24’s Contact Center is built for exactly that: Bitrix24 lists official WhatsApp and Telegram integrations, an official Instagram Direct integration, live chat and a customisable website widget, CRM web forms, VoIP telephony with call recording, routing, forwarding and transcription, and email with up to ten inboxes per user. Bitrix24 states that an incoming message, call or form submission can automatically become a lead or deal, or be added to an existing one.
The practical gain is an audit trail. When a client insists they were quoted a different figure, the conversation is on the job record rather than on a salesperson’s phone — and when that salesperson leaves, the enquiry history stays.
Crews, schedules and a time clock that lives on a phone
Bitrix24’s work management tools cover the labour side. Bitrix24 describes work schedules that set clock-in and clock-out times, weekly workdays and break timings, and says this is especially helpful for teams working in shifts. Its online time clock lets staff start, pause and finish the working day from a phone or laptop, with the data aggregated for supervisors. Work reports can be daily, weekly or monthly, a supervisor can accept or decline each one with comments and a score, and that data feeds a KPI view along with a chart showing each person’s involvement in tasks.
For a company whose crews rotate across sites and whose payroll depends on hours nobody wrote down, that is the missing half of the system.
What Bitrix24 does not do for movers
Worth being straight about. Bitrix24 publishes no dedicated moving or relocation industry module, so there is no built-in cubic-volume survey calculator, no route or load optimisation for a fleet, and no international freight or customs documentation. The catalogue can carry dimensions and weight as custom fields, but the arithmetic that turns a room survey into a volume and a price band is something you design. Booking is appointment-shaped, so a survey slot fits it naturally while a two-day, six-crew move is better modelled as a deal with tasks. Anything beyond that generally comes from the Bitrix24 Market, which Bitrix24 describes as holding 550+ apps and solutions, or from a custom build on its REST API.
Where a partner comes in
Every capability above is standard Bitrix24. What is not standard is the shape of your business: how many depots, whether storage is billed by crate or by square metre, which enquiries skip the survey, who is allowed to discount, and what the crew supervisor is permitted to see. Those decisions are the configuration, and they are what determines whether the system gets used after week three. That is the work — mapping the pipeline to how the jobs actually run, building the catalogue and the storage warehouses, wiring the invoicing rules, and training the supervisors who have to live in it on every move day.
