An automotive business is really two businesses sharing a forecourt. One of them sells vehicles, and it runs on enquiries that arrive at every hour of the day from listing portals, the showroom website, WhatsApp, Instagram, missed calls and walk-ins. The other services them, and it runs on a diary: bays, ramps, technicians, parts and courtesy cars, where a single no-show or a double-booked slot writes off a morning of billable capacity. In most dealerships and independent workshops the two halves live in different places — a shared inbox, a wall planner, a parts spreadsheet and a phone that only one person answers. The seams between them are where unreturned enquiries, forgotten service reminders and idle ramps come from.

Bitrix24 names auto service and repair among the business types its Booking tool is built for, and sits that scheduling layer on top of a CRM that, in its own words, covers acquiring leads, turning them into deals, receiving payments, managing inventory and e-signing documents. Everything below is drawn only from Bitrix24’s own published pages.

Every enquiry ends up in the same queue

Bitrix24’s Contact Center is the part that matters most to a busy sales floor. According to Bitrix24, however a client makes contact — web form, email, live chat, social media, messenger or telephony — the message is processed in the Contact Center and automatically turned into a lead in the CRM, from which the conversation can continue or a deal can be created. For a dealership that means the Instagram question about a used SUV, the callback request from the website widget and the WhatsApp message about a rattling gearbox all arrive as records with an owner and a status, rather than as notifications on somebody’s personal phone.

A service diary that fills itself

Booking in Bitrix24 is designed so clients schedule themselves. A booking form can be placed on your website or social media, and Bitrix24 says clients pick their service, their specialist and their time slot without calls or messages. Each team member or service carries its own schedule, working hours and visit duration, which is how the tool avoids double bookings across different specialists — the direct equivalent of assigning a diagnostic to one technician and a full service to another without stacking them on the same ramp. The booking form can also carry extra custom fields, so a customer can describe what is actually wrong before anyone commits a slot to it.

The connection back to the CRM is the useful part. Bitrix24 states that every appointment is turned into a deal tied to the respective contact, so confirmations, reminders, reschedules and cancellations are all logged automatically. A workshop therefore ends up with a per-vehicle-owner history without anyone maintaining it by hand.

From enquiry to signed order without leaving the record

On the sales side, Bitrix24 groups estimates, invoices, payments, product catalogue, inventory management, e-signature and a CRM store under sales enablement. In practice that covers the paperwork chain a dealership repeats on every unit: quote the vehicle or the repair from a catalogue, raise the invoice, take payment, and have the customer sign electronically rather than driving back in to initial a form. Inventory management in the same system is what keeps a parts count or a stock list attached to the deals consuming it.

Automation sits underneath all of it. Bitrix24 describes automated client notifications by SMS or email, customisable triggers that move leads and deals down the pipeline automatically, and automated notifications to sales reps based on lead or deal status — the mechanism behind a rule like “test drive booked, no contact in three days, alert the sales manager.”

What CoPilot adds at the service desk

Bitrix24 includes CoPilot, its AI assistant, at no extra cost on the CRM. The capabilities Bitrix24 lists for it are directly relevant to a phone-heavy business: transcribing phone calls inside the CRM and autocompleting the fields of the relevant lead or deal, writing marketing copy, generating ideas, and AI scoring to help with sales forecasting. For a service advisor taking twenty calls a day, a transcript attached to the record is the difference between a repair history and a memory.

Reminders, waiting lists and getting the car back next year

Missed appointments are the quiet cost of any workshop. Bitrix24 addresses that with automated reminders sent ahead of the appointment, custom messages over WhatsApp, and waiting lists so a cancelled slot can be offered to somebody else rather than lost. Because the client’s details and full appointment history sit in the CRM, Bitrix24 also positions repeat business as the point of the whole exercise: easy rebooking for returning customers and a connection into the marketing tools, so a service due at twelve months is a campaign rather than a hope. Follow-ups can go out through the Contact Center over email, SMS, social media or messengers — whichever channel the customer already used.

What it costs, and what it plugs into

Bitrix24 says it is free to start, with core CRM features such as contact management and deal tracking on the free plan and advanced tools and more users on paid plans; its booking documentation notes that Booking specifically becomes available from the Basic plan upward. Prices change by region and term, so check the official pricing page before budgeting. On integrations, Bitrix24 lists connections to Gmail and Outlook, telephony providers, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger, e-commerce platforms and third-party apps via REST API and Zapier, plus data import from CSV, Excel and popular CRM systems — which matters if your DMS or accounting package is staying where it is.

Where a partner comes in

The features are only half the job. Deciding how many pipelines a dealership needs, whether the workshop diary is modelled on technicians or on ramps, which fields a booking form should ask before a slot is confirmed, and how service reminders are timed — those are configuration decisions, and getting them wrong is what makes teams quietly go back to the wall planner. B24 Biz Solutions is an official Bitrix24 partner based in Dubai, working with businesses across the UAE, the wider Middle East and South Asia. We set the system up around how your showroom and workshop actually run, migrate what you already have, and train the people who will use it every day.
